how far in advance should I order?
We recommend submitting an order no later than 14 days before you require the cake - however a month in advance would be optimal. The further in advance you book, the greater the chance we will have availability for your chosen date.
do you require a deposit?
Yes. All celebrations cakes and cupcakes require a 50% deposit to secure your booking date. This must be paid when your order is confirmed in order for us to book you in on the calendar. It can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.

All deposits and taster fees are non-refundable.
cake designs
You can either order a pre-designed cake from the cake menu, or order a custom cake per your individual specifications.

Please note that when ordering a custom design, we will try our best to accommodate however we do not replicate designs of other cake artists. We are happy to draw inspiration from designs you provide us, but the final product will be original. We try our best to meet your cake requests as best as we can, but please note it is impossible to be exact as every cake is hand-made. Therefore, we do not take any responsibility for any disappointment in the final product if it has met your communicated specifications. We will try our best to cater to any alterations you require - however we cannot guarantee it if the cake making process has begun. In some cases, alterations may incur an extra charge.
do you offer delivery?
We offer delivery to selected areas of London, from TW8 9. There is a delivery service used for this and price is subject to the delivery charges on the day.

Please ensure when you transport your cake home, you are very careful with it. Cakes are not to be placed on car seats as these are tilted and may damage your cake. They must be placed on the base of the car floor, in-between two seats on a non-slip mat. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any cake queries. We will not assume any responsibility for damaged cakes once the cake has been delivered or collected, so please ensure to take care!
cake storage
We recommend that cakes are kept refrigerated for freshness and removed to room temperature 1 hour before serving. This is to ensure that the buttercream is kept fresher for longer.

We recommend that cakes are not kept for longer than 5 days in the fridge and 2 days at room temperature.
do you have a hygiene certificate?
Yes. We have a L2 certificate in food safety and hygiene for catering.
allergens
If you are placing a custom order, please use the allergies box to tell us of any allergens we should avoid. If a member of the client party has any life-threatening allergies, we reserve the right to reject your order if we believe we cannot guarantee the client's health and safety.

Although we have robust cross-contamination measures, we operate in a workspace that handles nuts so we cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of nuts.
